3 Challenges in 1

This time we give you three different challenges in one video! The first challenge focuses on technique, the second one on speed and the third one is a finishing exercise. If any of the challenges seem too easy or too hard they are all possible to modify or change, just scroll down and see our suggestions!

Six young and talented football players from IFK Mariehamn helped us to show these challenges, and it was great to see how well they executed them all!

Variables you can change:

  • The choise of technique exercises in the first challenge.
  • The distance between the cones and the players in the first challenge.
  • The size of the goal in the second and third challenge.
